The challenge

The brand was spending steadily on Meta but stuck at a break-even ROAS. Creative was stale, the funnel had no retargeting structure, and tracking was unreliable after iOS changes — so nobody trusted the numbers.

Rebuilt tracking with the Conversions API for accurate, server-side attribution.
Restructured the account into clean prospecting, retargeting, and retention layers.
Launched a rapid creative-testing system — statics, reels, and UGC — to find winners weekly.
Aligned ad creative with refreshed landing pages to lift conversion rate.
